- Color-stable vinyl. A satin PVC finish holds a consistent color — no peeling stain, no gray weathering, no annual painting.
- Will not rot or splinter. PVC panels shrug off moisture, insects and freeze-thaw. Built for year-round exposure.
- Same system language. Horizontal slat panels, vertical posts, cap rail — the Plywall look engineers already specify.
- Reflective or absorptive. Choose the barrier performance the site calls for, at STC 32 or STC 38 (ASTM E90/E413).
- Unlimited, stepped heights. Panels follow grade and property lines. Terrain changes are routine.

PlywallPVC® is built for sites that cannot take a wood finish through freeze-thaw, road salt and standing moisture. Vinyl panels keep a uniform face when the job is still operating in January.

Call PlywallPVC® as the basis of design. Write it as equal to or better than other vinyl noise-barrier systems on the market — engineered post-and-panel construction with a factory finish.
Engineer
We size posts, panels and foundations to site wind, soils and height. Shop drawings and calcs are part of the package.
Deliver
Fabricated and installed by our own crews under one contract. Union, non-union or prevailing wage. Direct to owner, developer or GC.
